Personal Training
A personal trainer that will provide nutritional guidance is the most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Our personal trainers will develop a workout and proper nutrition guidelines customized just for you. They will teach you the latest workout techniques and provide the motivation and encouragement you need. Our personal trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals by providing accountability, safety, education, structure and accelerated results.
Group Training
We offer an extensive selection of classes to meet everyone's personal fitness goals, whether you’re seeking toning and strengthening, stretching and flexibility, breathing techniques, weight loss, or body conditioning.
Group activities focusing on balance, flexibility, stamina and strength and a non-judgmental fitness experience promoting body trust and awareness. We also provide group training to groups of 5 or more to any sports teams, dance teams, clubs, events, workshops, conferences and/or conventions, just to list a few. Our group training includes:
· Dance Classes
(Samba Fitness, Afro-Brazilian Movement, Afro-Cuban Movement, West African Movement)
· Aerobics & Strength Training
· Body Movement (Yoga and Pilate Movement)
· Body Sculpting & Core Training

Healthy Living
Nutrition is an important component to our program. Many factors affect your health, but by changing your nutrition (eating habits) you’re taking steps to eating to live and not living to eat. By taking steps toward healthy living, you can help reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and other serious diseases. We offer a cost effective way to feed your family a nutritional diet, convenient way to grow your own food and demonstrate how to prepare your meals. Health Living is also available for group demonstrations, events, workshops, conferences and/or conventions. Healthy Living includes:
